Susan has bookkeeping experience and is a real estate investor so she truly understands what is expected from an owner/investor.

Gerry has an MBA and has experience successfully running operations for multi-million dollar corporations for 25+ years. Additionally Gerry has been a real estate investor (REI) for 20+ years. 

Gerry's training and experience has grown not only his own portfolio but he has mentored others to become successful REI's themselves. This gives our investors and staff the leadership with a true understanding of business needs.
