In person meeting at the rental property to discuss the property and the processes.

We do the move-in inspection, a 6 month walk-through of the property, as well as as the move-out inspection (additional if requested). 

We screen all qualified applications. Our software conducts a background and credit check as well as rental history (when reported by the rental companies).

Video the entire property for marketing purposes in order to attract potential tentants.

Photos will be provided by the property management team to be used for advertising the property. Professional photos can be requested.

We offer a concierge service consisting of house cleaning, carpet cleaning, lock re-key and repair or upgrade services. Vendor service is at the owner expense but there are no service charges to the company for coordination of vendors.
